Anything you need to know, answered. Where do you deliver? We deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and some other locations depending on the type of products you've ordered. Order Type Delivery Information Most of our products are large items that require bigger transport vehicles, we specify within 5 days for delivery as standard. We will always call you to arrange delivery and to check the access to your delivery address. How much is delivery? For orders under £250 (including VAT) there is a delivery fee of £25 to UK mainland addresses. For orders of £250 or more (including VAT), delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Your goods will be delivered by CCF our national distribution partner on our behalf. Our distribution partner CCF will contact you within 2-3 days (working days) to confirm your delivery preferences and timescales. Typically delivery will take up to 5 working days from the date you placed your order. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the responsibility of the customer then any additional costs incurred will be due and payable prior to re-delivery. Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made. The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient. Will they be delivered separately or together? If you have ordered a combination of products they will usually be delivered together, but where certain items in your order are being sent direct to you from one of our partner suppliers or by courier this may not always be possible.
