How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take between 3-5 working days

However this may vary depending on your order. Larger orders may be subject to a longer lead time. Most of our products are large items that will require specific transport vehicles, so as standard we specify within 5 days for delivery. We will always call you to arrange delivery - At this point please inform us of any access issues to your address.

Where do you deliver?

• We deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses ONLY

• Some other locations in the UK may be possible depending on the order type, so please call us to enquire. 

Who will be delivering my goods?

• Your goods will be delivered by CCF, our national distribution partner on our behalf.

• In instances where your item is bespoke it may be delivered by our trusted courier partner DX

• In cases where your order is large they may come direct from one of our suppliers, in this instance they will be in contact to arrange a suitable delivery time

Who do I speak to if I have a problem or want to amend my order?

Where on my property will you deliver my order to?

Kerbside only

Due to insurance guidelines, delivery will be to kerbside only. Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.

What vehicle will my order be delivered on?

As the majority of our product range is big and bulky, deliveries are made on an Articulated lorry (26 tonne). If you have any access issues to your property please call us in advance to specify. If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to restricted or poor access to the property, an additional charge may be applicable for redelivery.

Can I specify a time and date for delivery?

• Our distribution partner CCF will contact you within 1-2 days working days to confirm your delivery preferences and timescales. At this point please point out any access issues, or preferences for delivery, CCF will then do their best to accommodate. Please note: while every effort is made to accommodate preferences this may not always be possible 

• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the responsibility of the customer after arranging delivery then any additional costs incurred will be due and payable to Insulation Giant prior to re-delivery.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?


Subject to our standard fraud checks on payment card. 

Plasterboard delivery, what happens if my order contains plasterboard?

If your order contains plasterboard products, we may require manual assistance from you in unloading this product at point of delivery. Failure to provide assistance may result in an aborted delivery and/or additional charges. Please call 0800 085 0316 if you would like further clarification or to discuss this further.


Do I have to sign for delivery?


• The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.

• If you do have specific delivery requirements i.e. to leave products in a safe place, then please contact our customer support on 0800 085 0316 or mention this when called to arrange delivery timescales.

I have ordered a combination of large and small products. Will they be delivered separately or together?

They will usually be delivered together, but there are instances where certain items in your order are being sent direct to you from one of our partner suppliers or by courier, this may result in your order being split.
