Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and some other locations depending on the type of products you've ordered. If you are unsure if we'll deliver to you then please call 0844 892 2254.

Order Type Delivery Information

Most of our products are large items that require bigger transport vehicles, (26 Tonne lorry) please take this into consideration when ordering. If the delivery address has access isues please contact us prior to placing the order. we specify within 5 days for delivery as standard. We will always call you to arrange delivery and to check the access to your delivery address.

How much is delivery?

For orders under £250 (including VAT) there is a delivery fee of £25 to UK mainland addresses. For orders of £250 or more (including VAT), delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Your goods will be delivered by CCF our national distribution partner on our behalf.

Our distribution partner CCF will contact you within 2-3 days (working days) to confirm your delivery preferences and timescales. Typically delivery will take up to 5 working days from the date you placed your order.

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the responsibility of the customer then any additional costs incurred will be due and payable prior to re-delivery.

Who do I speake to if I have a problem or want to amend my order?

You can contact us via telephone on 0844 892 2254 to ask us any question regarding your order. Our friendly customer support team will be happy to help you. Please remember that you will need to state your order number so please have it ready.

Where on my property will you deliver my order to?

Due to insurance guidelines, delivery will be to kerbside only. Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.

What will my delivery arrive on?

As the majority of our product range contains big and bulky items, deliveries are made on an articulated lorry (26 tonne). If you have any access issues to the property please call us in advance to specify. If a delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to restricted or poor access to the property, an additional charge may be applicable for redelivery.

Can I specify a time and date for delivery?

Our distribution partner CCF will contact you within 2-3 days (business days) to confirm your delivery preferences and timescales. Typically delivery will take up to 5 working days from the date you placed your order. You may be able to sepcify a date of devlivery, however this depends on delivery size and time of order. 

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the responsibility of the customer then any additional costs incurred will be due and payable to Insulation Giant prior to re-delivery.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

Yes this is possible, subject to our standard fraud checks on payment card. The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient. If you do have specific delivery requirements i.e. to leave products in a safe place, then please contact our customer support on 0844 892 2254.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

I have ordered a combination of large and small products. Will they be delivered seperatley or together?

If you have ordered a combination of products they will usually be delivered together, but where certain items in your order are being sent direct to you from one of our partner suppliers or by courier this may not always be possible.
